Iberostar Waves Punta Cana, Punta Cana

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious but the pull-out sofa was in terrible shape, making it challenging to close properly. Despite that, having three beds was a blessing, allowing us all to rest comfortably without crowding each other. The location was great, close to the airport and a lovely beach, perfect for relaxation. The service had its ups and downs - some staff members were amazing and attentive, while others seemed to avoid simple requests. The dining experience offered a good variety of fresh and local products, but there were moments of service delays. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could use improvement.

The hotel boasts spacious and clean rooms, perfect for wheelchair users, along with a stunning location by the beautiful beach. The hardworking staff ensures an excellent guest experience, though improvements are needed, especially in the dining options. Despite some issues with pests, the overall experience is enjoyable.

I had an amazing view of the pool and ocean from my room, which was kept clean and had no issues with towels or amenities. The hotel was very nice overall. The only downside was the time spent trying to book restaurants, though the service was excellent.
